Keeping energised and jet lag free with Red Kooga

You may (or may not) have noticed that I've been absent from blogging for a while. The reason for this is because I've been holidaying in America for the past two and half weeks! It's been an amazing adventure but now it's back to reality and back to leading a healthier lifestyle. There's only so much sugar and maple syrup a girl can have!

After a grueling 18 hours travel time, I arrived home on Wednesday at 7:30am. After a journey that long and a rapid change in time-zones, my body and brain was bound to be feeling pretty exhausted. But reality awaits and I have no time for feeling tired! To help keep my energy levels high, I've been testing out Red Kooga Natural Energy Release tablets. Red Kooga are a natural health and energy supplement. Due to wanting to get back on track with my health and fitness, I'm trying to say no to having too many sugary treats. I'm not cutting out sugar completely as I'm a true advocate of enjoying everything in moderation and allowing yourself treats. Instead, since my sugar overload in the USA, I'm simply trying to make more conscious health decisions. I'll be focusing on eating/drinking healthily at least 70% of the time. As a healthier alternative to reaching for coffee or chocolate as a quick energy fix, I've welcomed Red Kooga with open arms.

Red Kooga contains Panax Ginseng, a herb proven to help with both mental and physical fatigue. I genuinely believe this has helped keep my jet lag to a minimum. Apart from feeling a little sleepy through the day and today having a lie-in until 9am (oops!), I haven't really been affected by jet lag. As someone who likes to keep busy and active, I'm so thankful that I haven't suffered with jet lag. Feeling energised is helping me to slip back into routine. Red Kooga also contains the Guarana herb which provides a natural source of caffeine. For the days where I've hit the gym or done home workouts, these have been great for giving me the energy boost that I need.

Normally, I'm not a huge fan of taking tablets. Where possible, I will always try to source the nutrients and vitamins I need from food. However, sourcing nutrients solely from your diet isn't always possible and that's okay. I definitely feel better knowing that these are a natural herbal remedy and not just stuffed full of artificial stimulants. On the days where I didn't take Red Kooga, I recognised a difference in my energy levels. Now, I'm not saying that these tablets make me feel like a superhero but there is a noticeable difference in my energy levels. For instance, I forgot to take them this morning and I'm feeling so much more sluggish today than I did yesterday! When you're exhausted, you can so easily get muddled up doing simple daily tasks. These tablets have certainly helped keep my mind fresh so I'm ready to tackle anything the day may bring.
